Marques Davison – Executive Director

Marques is a Bay Area Native and  has been resident of Sacramento for over the past decade. Marques specializes in Audio Visual support with ten years as a Live Sound Technician and over five years experience as an event director within the community and while attending CSUS- Sacramento and SCC. His extensive background in music, theater, business and student government has further enabled him to be a highly valued partner to the Hammer Real Estate Group team. He is also the 2025 President Elect of the Sacramento/Sierra Nevada Chapter of Meeting Professionals International.

Jenny Davison - Creative Director
With over two decades of experience in creative direction, community programming, and administrative leadership, she specializes in helping organizations bring ideas to life, from concept to execution. Jenny’s journey began as a visual artist and event producer, later expanding her impact through community leadership, DEI initiatives, and nonprofit consulting.

She has directed hundreds of live events, managed grant-funded college programs, and designed training experiences that blend creativity with strategy. Her diverse background in art, education, business operations, and project management makes her an essential asset to clients seeking innovative, equity-minded solutions.

Jenny is the founder of Davison Consulting & Design (DCD Service), where she supports nonprofits, startups, and small businesses with creative development, remote staffing, hybrid event production, and administrative systems design.

Jenny Davison brings a strong background in community programming, education, and systems design, with years of experience supporting nonprofits and creative professionals in building impactful programs and events.
